Challenge and solution
The challenge
Fleet owners have to keep every truck’s Moscow pass, inspection card, insurance, fines and tracking status valid — and each comes from a different source. Several pass-service brands needed the same dashboard under their own names.
The solution
A single white-label app deployed on several domains. It puts all of those statuses into one fleet table with filters for problem trucks and Excel export, and lets a client request a new pass from their manager right from the table.

- Pass zones MKAD, SK, TTK and MO, yearly and temporary

Under the hood
- One build serves three brands on their own domains, each talking to its own API.
- Filters for trucks with an expiring pass, no active pass, no tracking or no terminal fitted.
- Tracking view follows route tasks: in transit, unloading, parked.
- Sign-in by phone and password or a magic link, plus a demo mode.
